First time ever forgetting daylight savings time twice in one day. First time ever accidentally staying at work until 9:30 because I thought it was 8:30 (which is still really late to stay at work, especially on a weekend). First time ever using a mechanical in/exsufflator on someone other than myself. I don't know the guy in the picture, but I do know the machine upon which he is leaning. It's a mechanical in/exsufflator and it's my new best friend.
